Ask for late check out due to work meeting,added in notes when booking mentioned it again when representative called to confirm reservations day before and again at check in. Not one person informed me that they don’t do late check out until the day of check out and was granted an extra 1/2 to be out. Left with figuring out what to do for three hrs with no where to go until husband was done with work…. She was very nasty and did not care affront desk, says she was the manager.

Due to circumstances out of our control (flight delay, car rental issue), we didn't get to check into our room until close to 5am. The check in rep was still very courtesy. He was very understanding. We were able to get in a nap before checking out around 9:30am. Room and bathroom clean. They had simple area of coffee/oatmeal/muffins. Location was close to the airport.

Comfortable king size bed. The room was very clean. The staff is nice We had a early flight & wouldn't be there for the coffee bar in the morning. The front desk provided us with a coffee pot, coffee, sugar, creamer & Real coffee cups.

Close to airport, quiet location, great value for money. Pretty basic, small kitchenette (not equiped with any plates knives forks plates cups etc.). Had cheap coin laundrette which was a bonus. Reasonable sized room.

Staff was very Accomodating, especially Front Desk people and in particular Kenny Coleman , your Maintenance/ Service Guy.... Great conversation... have Kenny help with Marketing....his sincerity is priceless.
